Challenge X Ticket Giveaway
Challenge X to give away 5 free tickets to the Outdoor Show in January.
We are now in December, and with that the last thing on everyone’s mind is ’what races am I going to do next year?’. Training is probably winding down for the colder, shorter days as you prepare for the big day. But as soon as the turkey has been carved and the Queens speech watched, most athletes will start to then think about their 2013 race calendar. We all tend to over indulge at Christmas to balance this guilt we plan our training and races.
With this in mind Challenge-X has got 5 pairs of tickets to give away to The Outdoor Show, for the first 5 entries in January. A little extra incentive to get your entry in early and take advantage of the reduced early bird entry fee.
The Outdoor Show, being held at Excel, London 17th -20th January, is the UK’s number 1 show for outdoor enthusiasts, whether you’re interested in MTB, cycling, trail running and anything outdoors!
Challenge-X a new adventure race for the 2013 race calendar includes a 20km trail run and 65km MTB around the stunning and wild landscape of Dartmoor. After a good night’s sleep, competitors will then tackle the formidable Royal Marine Commando Endurance Course over 15km, totalling 100km.
This adventure race challenge can be done as part of a relay team, so you just need to find a friend or two to help you complete the challenge. Or if you are feeling up to it, tackle the charity challenge solo.
As a registered charity, all the proceeds from the Challenge-X are being donated to help injured Royal Marines, who, during the war in Afghanistan have suffered the largest number of casualties of all the UK Armed Forces.
