Cycling tech company, Bkool, is inviting all cycling fans to try and recreate Great Britain’s recent success at the 2018 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in the Netherlands, by trying out the velodrome feature on Bkool’s advanced indoor simulator.
The Great Britain Cycling Team ended a superb World Champs with six medals, two gold, three silver and one bronze, after five days of racing, finishing third on the medal table.
Unlike other cycling simulators, Bkool offers its users the chance to race in a real or 3D simulated velodrome whenever they want, and is encouraging Great Britain Cycling Team’s passionate fans to compete in a range of races and games to recreate that winning feeling in the most realistic user experience.
The fun and testing features include:
VELODROME GAMES: Riders can try and replicate Great Britain’s victory in the men’s team pursuit, or line up in the Japanese classic Keirin as well as testing their sprint speed in the elimination race.
CLASSIC TESTS: Race the clock in Bkool’s ‘The Hour Record’, as riders try to complete as many laps possible in one hour. Channel the speed of Great Britain’s team and individual sprint riders in the ‘Kilometre Ride’, where users go all out to try and complete one kilometre in under a minute.
CREATE YOUR OWN SESSIONS: Riders can customise their own rides inside real velodromes uploaded onto Bkool’s simulator.
Options are customisable, from choosing the outfit of your avatar to deciding on the distance/laps of a race.
