Hi
I've recently started to use USN UltraLean Diet Whey Protein after a long workout. I was told by a staff member at the gym that I should be having two shakes every day whether I'm excercising or not, what are your views on this please ? At the moment I'm having one shake before my excercise and one after but none on rest-days. Thanks Claire |

One of the best times that your body is in need of it the most is immediately following a workout since your body starts to heal the muscle right after a workout, taking protein at that time will give the body the fuel it needs to heal and grow.
