Me too!
Just signed up for a sprint tri in July, so I am busy putting the miles/km's in at the moment.

Under the training zone, there are loads of plans, starting from basic fitness for a sprint tri to a 12 week plan for completing your first tri. i am using the 12 weeks to your first tri plan, & I must say, being 2 weeks into it, I am already feeling the difference.

Good luck with your training fella, let us know how you are getting on! It can get a bit lonely for us newbies at he start, a bit daunting!

BikeRadar is very good for the cycling side of things, some good advice on gear & what to expect as a newbie!
Also, I use MapMyTri app & website to keep track of all my workouts/nutrition - it's amazing how much you add to your workouts once you've seen what you do in comparison to others! LOL.
Joking aside, it does help to keep you motivated when you see how much you've done & how good you feel about doing it.

I would recommend a club as well, or at the very least a training partner, as it really pushes you to try your best to the max, I find that when I train alone, I have a "that's good enough for today" attitude, when in my heart of hearts, I know I could push a bit more!
