2XU, one of the world’s leading performance sports apparel brands and Official Compression Supplier to the prestigious Australian Institute of Sports and Ironman, has unveiled three new product categories engineered from its new PWX fabric technology.
Already worn by 2011 Ironman Austria podium finisher Michael Weiss and global triathlon powerhouse Team TBB,
2XU’s new PWX (power, weight, flex) technology uses upgraded compression fabrics engineered in collaboration with Australia’s leading Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology to offer optimal power, weight and flexibility in perfect equilibrium depending on the wearer’s needs.
To make selecting the right compression gear for each purpose, three clear product categories are offered; Perform, Xfrom and Refresh. Perform gear is designed for active use, Xform is appropriate for both active and recovery purposes, while Refresh apparel is ideal for athletes with particularly high performance recovery demands.
As ever, 2XU’s compression kit is produced in tandem with ongoing testing, research and consultation with professional sporting bodies to offer maximum benefit to athletes.
2XU’s new PWX compression collection will be available from October. For more information see www.2XUshop.co.uk.
