New British brand Sundried prove premium activewear can be produced ethically
Sundried has been inspired by the world of triathlon, launching their pilot collection this June, containing a capsule of fitness training essentials with design led styles which perform pre, during and post workout. Ideal for a multitude of training disciplines from running to cycling and all day activity.
“Influenced by our founding team’s love of cycling, running, swimming and surfing Sundried is a celebration of how good sport outdoors makes you feel, responsibly projected into and enabled by apparel that can be worn every day” says the company founder and triathlete, Daniel Puddick.
Not only does Sundried activewear aid your exercise performance, it’s easy on the environment too. Sundried produce their clothing responsibly in partnership with The Low Carbon Innovation fund with transparent production, minimising the carbon footprint throughout the full lifecycle of their clothing through its design manufacture, distribution, use and disposal.
For you to share the Sundried ethos, when you receive your Sundried apparel, each item has it’s very own unique code which is a pledge to charity Water for Kids. Customers can enter this code online to find out about their product and donations journey.
2017 will be the year the brand create their very own triathlon range and events after successfully overfunding on crowdfunding website crowdcube.
Sundried sell their activewear directly online, or via their personal trainer ambassador programme. The brand is trusted by level 3 qualified Register of Exercise Professional ambassadors as their activewear of choice and Sundried is who they recommend to their clients.
