Salted Caramel Protein Cupcakes



  1. To a large bowl add – Self-raising flour, Sweetener, Baking Powder, Milk protein Smooth.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil, 2 eggs, Flavdrops and milk, mix together trying to get air into the mixture if it feel very thick add more milk. Divide into the 12 cupcake papers and put in the oven on a medium heat for 12-15 minutes.


Whisk the double cream until stiff and them fold in the Salted Caramel Protein, spoon into a piping bag and once the cakes have cooled add the frosting and top with chocolate eggs for that Easter finish!


Clean Cashew and Coconut Egg Nests



  1. a) Start by melting the coconut oil until it turns clear
  2. b) Mix all the ingredients together and press into a muffin case and decorate the top with, place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.


No-bake vegan Easter cookies



  1. In a small sauce pan combine the coconut sugar, peanut butter, coconut oil and coconut milk, heat over medium-low heat until the peanut butter/coconut oil is melted and the mixture is hot.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in a few drops of vanilla flavdrops.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the rolled oats and cocoa powder. Pour the hot peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir until the oats are completely covered and the chocolate is well incorporated.
  4. Use a spoon and drop cookies onto a surface covered in parchment paper and flatten them out slightly. Pop in the fridge until hardened.
