They’re easy to eat with minimum clagginess – provided you’ve got water to wash down their dryness – and their low weight means your pockets won’t get loaded down. All this is great for longer distances.
The fruitiness of the Berry Yoghurt flavour seemed easier to stomach, but both this and the Chocolate Peanut variation are palatable sources of training fuel.
