Finish Your Season In Style At Challenge Henley & The Henley Half.

Do you want to finish your season in style by racing through the heart of the stunning English countryside? There are still some places remaining on the start line of Challenge Henley and the Henley Half – the UK’s fastest long distance triathlon (and a great place to hit a PB!!).

Just 40 minutes from Heathrow airport and with quick and easy access to London, Henley is both a tourist – and triathlete’s – paradise. Located in the heart of the Chiltern Hills on the banks of the River Thames, it is a picture-perfect English town steeped in a rich history. Every leg of the race showcases that history, taking place in and around Henley and the surrounding countryside.

Following the course of the historic Henley Royal Regatta (first held in 1839), the swim is a quick out-and-back 3.8km in the gently flowing river. Out onto the bike and there is something for everyone, the lightning-fast course following closed roads through picturesque villages and rolling green fields. Back in town for the riverside Pearl Izumi Run and athletes are treated to a spectator-friendly leg that winds its way along the banks of the Thames and up through the centre of historic Henley town.

It really is the perfect way to sign off your season in style (not to mention a fantastic chance to register a PB at either middle- or long-distance). Challenge Henley really is the ultimate British long distance triathlon.
