We have had the pleasure of testing Garcinia Cambogia (also known as Brindal berry) Tea. A Brindal berry is an unusual fruit from South East Asia, which grows on trees and looks a like a small pumpkin. It is traditionally used as an ingredient in curries, more recently the fruit has become associated with potential weight loss benefits.
There has been research undertaken to explore potential weight loss benefits of which we’re not able to review with authority, but we can attest to the great taste and aroma.
If you’re a fan of fruit tea, this won’t disappoint. It has an enjoyable citrus flavor which is understandably unique as the one ingredient, natural Garcinia Cambogia, is not a readily available fruit. This is a way to add it to your diet in a way that is free of additives or preservatives.

Pros: For connoisseurs of fruit tea, this is certainly one to add to the collection.
Cons: This is a unique and unusal taste that takes a few sips to really enjoy.
