Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 30g oats
- 1 banana, chopped
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 4 Medjool dates
- 100ml apple juice
- 300ml natural yogurt
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
Using the basic ingredients of oats, banana, apple juice and yogurt, you can mix it up by adding blueberries, strawberries, mango or pineapple.
